Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 750 g potatoes
- 300 g bell pepper(s), red and green
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 1 bunch of dill
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Peel and wash the potatoes, pat dry, and cut into thin slices (2 mm). Halve, trim, and wash the bell peppers. Drain, then cut into ½ cm thick strips. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add the potatoes, season with salt and pepper, and fry over medium heat for about 25 minutes until tender. Add the bell pepper strips 10 minutes before the end of the cooking time. Rinse the dill and pat dry. Leave a little for garnishing. Finely chop the rest and mix it with the potatoes. Garnish with dill and serve immediately.
