Russian Potato Pancakes
The perfect russian potato pancakes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 6 Pc. Potatoes
- 1 Pc. Egg
- 2 tbsp Flour
- 1 tsp Mustard powder
- 1 tsp Sea-Salt
- 0,5 tsp Pepper
- 50 g Ghee
- 1 tbsp Sour cream
- 1 tbsp Red caviar
- Spring onions
- Parsley
- Peel and roughly grate the potatoes.
- Mix with the lightly beaten egg, flour, mustard powder, sea salt and pepper.
- Heat the ghee in a coated pan.
- Put the potato dough in the pan, tablespoon at a time, and press lightly. Fry the pancakes on both sides until golden brown.
- Serve with sour cream and caviar, garnish with spring onion rings and parsley.
