Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • ½ avocado(s)
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt, probiotic
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 250 ml whole milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Halve and peel the avocado. Add the flesh to a blender along with all other ingredients and blend.
