Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g strawberries
- 1 banana(s)
- 2 orange(s) (alternatively orange juice)
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- n. B. Honey
- possibly ice, cubes
- possibly oat flakes
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Wash the strawberries and puree them with the banana. Juice the oranges and mix them with the puree. Now add honey, cinnamon, etc., to taste, and a few ice cubes. If you’re not a breakfast person, just add a handful of oatmeal for a filling shake.
