Crispy crumble with blackberries

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g butter
  • 210 g flour
  • 200 g sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla pudding powder
  • 450 g blackberries, frozen

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Preheat oven to 190°C (top/bottom heat). Combine flour, cut-in butter, and 180g sugar in a large bowl and mix to form a crumble. Gently mix the frozen blackberries with the custard powder and 20g sugar. Pour the blackberry mixture into one large or four to six small baking dishes. Spread the crumble on top. Bake the crumble in the preheated oven on the bottom rack for about 35 minutes. Serve hot with vanilla ice cream. Tip: It also works well with raspberries and tastes great cold.
