Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 6 bananas
- 150 ml milk
- 20 ml lime juice
- 165 g dark chocolate
- 210 g butter
- 6 eggs
- 360 g sugar
- 440 g flour
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 100 g sugar
- 1 tbsp salt
- 100 g pecans
- 300 g blueberries
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 100 g cream cheese
Instructions

For the ice cream, roast the bananas in the oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 30 minutes, then let cool. Then remove the peels and whisk the flesh with the milk and lime juice. Freeze the mixture in an ice cream maker for 90 minutes, then pour into a ball mold and freeze again. For the brownie, melt the chocolate and mix it with the remaining ingredients. Pour into a dish and bake in the oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) until the center is not completely cooked. For the salted caramel, melt the sugar in a pan and add the salt. Toss the pecans in the melted sugar, then let cool. For the blueberry sauce, boil half the berries in a saucepan with a little water and 1 tablespoon of sugar, then puree. For the blueberry cream, whisk the remaining blueberries and the cream cheese with 1 tablespoon of sugar.
