Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g quark
  • 1 cl Amaretto
  • some vanilla pod(s), ground
  • 1 dashes sweetener
  • 2 egg yolks
  • some water

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Whisk the egg yolks with the water until frothy, then add the quark and mix well. Season with amaretto, vanilla bean, and sweetener. Refrigerate the quark cream for about 1 hour. One serving contains approximately 5g of carbohydrates, making it ideal for slimming while you sleep.
