Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 450 g Skyr, natural
  • 200 ml almond milk (almond drink)
  • 50 g sweetener (allulose)
  • 2 pinches of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Low carb and low fat

Combine the ingredients in a blender. Then pour the mixture into an ice cream maker. For 6 servings, each serving contains 50 kcal.
