Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 20 g ginger, approx.
- 1 mango(s) (500 g)
- 500 ml orange juice
- 500 g natural yogurt, approx.
- 2 tbsp sugar, approx.
- some lemon balm or mint
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Peel the ginger and roughly chop it. Peel the mango. First remove the stone and then finely chop the flesh. Place both ingredients in a blender and puree. Then add the orange juice, natural yogurt, and sugar and blend again. Pour into 4 glasses and serve garnished with lemon balm or mint.
