Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g quark
  • 150 g cream cheese, natural
  • 150 g powdered sugar
  • 100 g butter
  • 4 eggs, size M
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 3 tsp cornstarch, heaped
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 bag(s) of pudding powder, vanilla or cream
  • 1 kg apricot(s), or other fruit as required

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

that tastes like summer….

Pit the apricots. Beat the first 7 ingredients with a mixer until fluffy. Then combine the next 3 ingredients and slowly fold them in. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and place the fruit inside. Bake at 180°C for about 35 to 40 minutes. Be careful when using a quiche dish, though, as the batter will rise!
