Snacks for Football Evening
The perfect snacks for football evening recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Pesto tortilla rolls
- 250 g Cream cheese
- 120 g Basil pesto
- 60 g Parmesan
- 4 piece Tortillas
- 150 g Ham
Chicken sesame skewers
- 150 g Honey
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 0,5 tsp Ground ginger
- 0,5 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tbsp Cornstarch
- 300 g Chicken breast
- 1 tbsp Oregano
- 1 tbsp Sesame
Ham grissini
- 200 g Raw ham
- 200 g Goat cream cheese
- 100 g Grissini
Pesto tortilla rolls
- Mix the cream cheese with the pesto and Parmesan. Brush the tortillas with it and spread 4 slices of ham on each. Now roll up the tortillas and chill for 3 hours. Now cut the rolls into approx. 3 cm thick slices. The pesto tortilla rolls are ready.
Chicken sesame skewers
- Mix the honey, soy sauce, vinegar, ginger, garlic and cornstarch together. Cut the chicken breast into pieces and skewer on wooden skewers. Cover the chicken skewers with the marinade and marinate for 2 hours. Place the chicken skewers on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with oregano or sesame seeds and bake at 190 degrees for 15 minutes.
Ham grissini
- Brush the individual ham slices with the goat cheese and wrap each one around a grissini. Now place the ham grissini on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 150 degrees for 10 minutes.
