Curry – Rice – Salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 bag of rice
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 apples
  • 2 gherkins
  • 1 bell pepper(s)
  • ½ bunch parsley
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 jar Miracle Whip
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • salt and pepper
  • curry powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook rice according to instructions. Then rinse under cold water and let cool. Trim the bell pepper. Peel and finely chop the onions. Dice the apples, gherkins, and bell peppers. Wash and finely chop the parsley. Mix everything with the rice. For the marinade, peel and mash the bananas. Mix the mayonnaise with milk and oil, then season with pepper, salt, and curry powder. Fold in the mashed bananas and then stir the marinade into the salad.
