Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g gnocchi
- 500 g tomatoes, pureed
- 1 red bell pepper(s)
- 150 g cheese
- a little herb cream cheese
- a little sour cream
- oregano
- salt and pepper

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
vegetarian and simple
Place the uncooked gnocchi in a baking dish. Then add the tomato puree, mix in the cream cheese, and chop the bell peppers. Season with salt, pepper, and oregano and mix everything together. Finally, sprinkle the cheese on top. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes at 180°C. Place a little sour cream on each serving on the plates.
