Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 120 g cream cheese
- 30 g crème fraîche
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch(s) pepper, mixed, freshly ground
- 50 g radishes
- 10 wild garlic leaves
Instructions

as a dip or spread
Finely dice the radishes. Wash the wild garlic and dry thoroughly. Remove the stems and thick leaf veins. Finely chop or chew the leaves. Mix the cream cheese with the crème fraîche, a pinch of salt, and freshly ground pepper. Stir in the radishes and wild garlic and let it sit for a few hours or overnight.
