Cream cheese dressed with spring onions

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 100 g whipped cream
  • 2 spring onions
  • 4 radishes
  • salt and pepper
  • Parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Place the cream cheese in a bowl. Whip the cream with a whisk until semi-soft and add it to the cream cheese. Slice the spring onions into thin rings and dice the radishes. Mix everything with the cream cheese and season with salt and pepper. Finally, add 3-4 tablespoons of finely chopped parsley. Serve the cream cheese with whole-grain bread or as a dip for barbecues.
