Tuna – Mango – Salad

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g tuna (frozen)
  • 150 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 mango(s)
  • some soy sauce
  • some seasoning

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Thaw the tuna, drizzle with lemon juice, and season lightly with seasoning. Peel the mango and remove the pit. Cut the tuna and mango into small, approximately 2 cm pieces. Wash and quarter the cherry tomatoes. Sauté the tomato quarters in a saucepan until they break down. Deglaze with soy sauce. Remove from the heat, add the tuna and mango pieces, and gently fold in. Do not allow to boil. Serve with baguette.
