Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 7 minutes
Low carb, like Strammer Max without bread, also possible vegetarian
Wash the lettuce, pat dry, and arrange in an overlapping circle on a plate. Melt a little butter in a pan, then add the ham. Place the cheese directly on top of the ham. Heat gently until the cheese has melted. This only takes a few seconds. In the meantime, spread the meat salad or mayonnaise and the thinly sliced cucumber on the lettuce. Place the ham and cheese on top. Crack an egg or two into the pan and fry. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika and place on top of the cheese. If you want a vegetarian option, simply omit the ham and meat salad. Alternatively, you can use vegetarian sausage.
