Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 6 eggs
- 6 cherry tomatoes
- 30 g fennel, fresh
- 3 tsp, heaped ham cubes
- 1 tsp creamed horseradish
- 1 slice(s) Emmental cheese
- 30 g Grana Padano, freshly grated
- some fresh, chopped parsley
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- some turmeric, fresh
- e.g. garlic (granulated or fresh)

Quick, easy and delicious
Crack the eggs into a bowl. Cut the fennel, tomatoes, and Emmental cheese into small pieces and add them to the bowl with the eggs, ham, Grana Padano, and horseradish. Mix everything together, season with salt, pepper, parsley, and paprika, and grate in a little turmeric. Pour the egg mixture into a deep pan and fry until golden brown, stirring occasionally. Season with garlic to taste, and the scrambled eggs are ready.
