Radish salad with sprouts

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 bunch of radishes
  • 80 g sprouts, e.g. mung bean sprouts
  • 1 small onion(s), red
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 1 dash of soy sauce
  • 1 sugar cube, alternatively 1 tsp honey
  • 1 dash of lemon juice
  • salt and pepper
  • Salad herbs
  • 1 shot of water, if desired, to dilute
  • some chives

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Pluck the radishes from the bunch, wash them, and finely slice them. Sort the sprouts. Finely dice the onion. Place the diced onion in a bowl. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and salad greens. Add the vinegar, soy sauce, sugar cube, lemon juice, and oil and mix well. If desired, thin with a splash of water. Now add the radishes and sprouts to the dressing and mix well. Top the salad with chives and let it rest for at least half an hour. Delicious as a snack or with fried potatoes.
