Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g chocolate coating
- 200 g butter
- 6 eggs
- 100 g sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
gluten-free, for a small baking pan
Slowly melt the butter and chocolate coating. Beat the eggs and sugar until fluffy. Stir the chocolate coating and butter into the egg mixture. Pour everything into a small greased or parchment-lined baking dish. Bake on the middle rack at 175°C (top/bottom heat) for about 20 minutes.
