Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 150 g mountain lentils
- 50 ml olive oil
- 50 ml strong vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 onion(s) or spring onion
- some salt and pepper

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
for all those who like garlic
First, cook the mountain lentils according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, finely dice the onion and mince the garlic. Then, combine all ingredients except the lentils to make a salad dressing. Once the lentils are cooked, mix them with the salad dressing while still hot, let it marinate, and refrigerate the salad. We think the salad tastes even better the next day.
