Spring pasta bake with asparagus

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 80g spaghetti
  • salt water
  • 150 g asparagus, peeled and cooked
  • 1 tomato(s)
  • 25 g sour cream
  • 50g mozzarella
  • Garlic, squeezed
  • herbs, Italian
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water al dente according to the package instructions. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Cut the asparagus into approximately 2 cm long pieces, roughly dice the tomato, and thinly slice the mozzarella. Drain the pasta and return it to the pot with a little of the pasta water. Then toss it with the asparagus, tomatoes, sour cream, crushed garlic, and seasonings. Transfer everything to a small baking dish and sprinkle with the mozzarella. Place in the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
