Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 8 minutes

Cake, quick dessert

Take a slightly taller cup or coffee mug and pour in the ingredients one by one. Mix everything thoroughly. The batter should be light and airy. Not super runny, but easy to move. Place the mug in the microwave for 3 minutes. Maximum power: 1000 watts. Remove the mug and “turn it upside down” onto a container of your choice. Decorate with dessert sauce, sprinkles, etc., if desired! If desired, you can also add Smarties, chocolate chips, nuts, raisins, etc., to the liquid batter before microwaving. Also delicious with ice cream. Serve hot.
