Ingredients for 15 servings:

  • ½ cake base, preferably homemade
  • 1 pack of cream powder for buttercream
  • Milk
  • butter
  • rum
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • Biscuit(s), round, as base
  • Cake icing, chocolate

Instructions

Working time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Let the cake base dry completely and then crumble it finely. Prepare the buttercream according to the instructions, adding 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder and rum to taste. Mix in the sponge cake crumbs. Place pointed mounds on the buttercream-covered biscuits, then cover the pomegranate pieces with chocolate icing.
