Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 can/n mushrooms, sliced
- 2 large onions, diced
- 1 bottle of cream
- 250 g bacon, diced
- 3 tbsp cream cheese or crème fraîche
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 shot of white wine
- some olive oil
- salt and pepper
- chili powder
- n. B. Garlic, finely chopped
- 500 g tagliatelle pasta
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Brown the bacon and onion cubes in a pan with a little olive oil. Add the mushrooms and garlic and sauté for about 5 minutes. Deglaze with a splash of white wine and cream. Stir in the cream cheese or crème fraîche. Season with salt, pepper, and a little chili. Stir in the sugar. Let it thicken slightly. Meanwhile, cook the pasta. Serve the pasta and pour the sauce over it.
