Pasta with Gorgonzola

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g tagliatelle, green
  • salt water
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 200 g cream
  • 150g Gorgonzola
  • 150 g salmon (smoked salmon)
  • 1 tbsp chives, cut into rolls
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the pasta in lightly salted water until al dente, as directed. Dice the peeled onions and sauté them in the heated butter. Add the cream and let it reduce slightly. Season with salt and pepper. Cut the Gorgonzola into pieces and melt in the cream sauce. Cut the salmon into strips and add them. Drain the pasta and serve with the sauce. Sprinkle with chives.
