Spicy yogurt dressing

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 150 g natural yogurt
  • 1 tsp mustard, hot
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • 50 ml dry white wine
  • 1 large garlic clove(s)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Mix the yogurt with mustard, lemon juice, and white wine. Crush the garlic and mix it with the yogurt sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Chill the dressing until ready to serve, then drizzle over the salad just before serving. Delicious with leaf salads, tomato salad, tuna salad, etc.
