Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 orange(s)
  • ½ grapefruit(s), pink
  • 250 ml buttermilk
  • 1 tbsp oat flakes, fine
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • e.g. oat flakes, for decoration

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Beauty Shake

First, fillet the orange and grapefruit, reserving the juice. Puree the fillets with the buttermilk, oatmeal, the reserved juice, and honey. Then pour into glasses and serve. If you like, you can garnish with some oatmeal. This batch is enough for four standard glasses.
