very juicy and hearty rolls, makes about 10 rolls

Mix the flour with the dry yeast and the lukewarm sour cream. Fry the bacon in a pan, add the onions and fry briefly. Knead the bacon and onion mixture into the flour and season with salt, sugar, caraway seeds, and cheese. If the dough is too dry, add a little more lukewarm water. The dough should be easy to knead. Let the dough rise well, form about 10-12 rolls, and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Let them rise briefly again, then bake the rolls in a preheated oven at 190°C for about 15-20 minutes. A fresh, mixed salad goes perfectly with this.
