Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 cube of yeast
- ½ tsp sugar
- ½ tsp salt
- 500 g flour
- 1 bell pepper(s), red, finely diced
- 100 g salami, finely diced
- 200 g cheese, grated
- 2 tsp tomato paste
- 2 tbsp pizza seasoning
- 1 tsp salt
- 350 ml water, warm
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
In a small bowl, shake the yeast with the sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of salt until liquid. Combine the remaining ingredients in a sealable bowl and add the liquid yeast. Cover the bowl and shake vigorously. Place the dough in small heaps on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for approximately 30-45 minutes. Serve with a salad of your choice.
