Casserole with potatoes, asparagus and ham

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 m.-sized potatoes
  • 2 jars of asparagus, pieces
  • 250 g ham, cooked
  • 1 packet of hollandaise sauce
  • 1 point cheese (grated cheese, e.g. Gouda)
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Peel the potatoes and boil in salted water. Meanwhile, cut the ham into small pieces and drain the asparagus in a colander. Mix the hollandaise sauce with some grated cheese. Slice the cooked potatoes and place half of them in a baking dish as the first layer. Then spread all the asparagus on top, followed by all the ham. Pour just under half of the hollandaise sauce over the potatoes. Arrange the remaining potato slices on top and cover with the remaining hollandaise sauce. If desired, sprinkle with some grated cheese. Bake in the oven at approximately 175 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) for about 15-20 minutes.
