Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 400 g chicken breast fillet(s)
- 2 tbsp wine (ginger wine)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp sunflower oil
- 3 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 3 tsp brown cane sugar
- 1 tsp, heaped Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp fresh ginger, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 12 hours 30 minutes
Cut the chicken breast fillets into even-sized cubes. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and marinate the meat overnight. Refrigerate. Thread the chicken onto skewers and grill or pan-fry. Brush with the remaining marinade occasionally.
