Strawberry salad with asparagus

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 700 g asparagus, white
  • Salt
  • Sugar
  • 250 g strawberries
  • 100 g arugula
  • 150 g crème fraîche légère
  • 5 tbsp milk
  • 2 packs of flavoring, orange peel
  • Salt
  • Pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Peel the asparagus and cut into approximately 4 cm long pieces. Bring water to a boil in a large pot. Add salt, sugar, and asparagus and cook for 10-15 minutes. Drain the asparagus and let it cool. Wash, hull, and quarter the strawberries. Sort the arugula, wash, drain, and cut into bite-sized pieces. Mix the light cream, milk, and orange flavoring and season with salt and pepper. Arrange the asparagus, arugula, and strawberries on plates and drizzle with the dressing.
