Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 750 g potatoes
- 200 g smoked salmon
- ½ melon(s) (Galia melon)
- 250 ml tartar sauce
- 150 ml milk
- some mustard
- some pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 45 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 5 hours 15 minutes
to prepare well
Wash, boil, peel, and slice the potatoes. Cut the smoked salmon into strips. Deseed the Galia melon and scoop out small balls using a melon baller. Mix the tartar sauce with milk, season with mustard and pepper. Mix all ingredients together and let it sit for a few hours.
