Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 6 large fish fillets (matjes fillets)
- 2 large apples, floury
- 3 gherkins
- 2 onions
- ½ liter cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 20 minutes
Peel the apples, remove the cores, and slice them thinly. Cut the gherkins into small slices and slice the onion into rings. Layer all the ingredients and pour over 1/2 liter of cream. Let it sit for about 24 hours…done!
