something really nice

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Peel the garlic clove and press it through a garlic press. Mix with the olive oil and brush the ciabatta slices with it. Place on the oven rack and roast in the oven for about 5 minutes. Clean and finely chop the chanterelles. Briefly blanch the tomatoes in boiling water, rinse them, and peel them. Then quarter them, remove the seeds, and cut them into wedges. Rinse the marjoram, shake it dry, and pick off the leaves. Heat the clarified butter in a pan and fry the mushrooms until well-fried. Season with salt and pepper. Add the tomatoes and marjoram and heat briefly. Remove the bread slices from the oven, spread the mushroom and tomato mixture on top, and serve immediately.
