Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • ½ kg beef, for cooking
  • 1 can green beans
  • 1 can beans, red
  • 1 bunch of onions, young
  • 2 tomatoes
  • salt and pepper
  • e.g. red wine vinegar
  • n. B. pumpkin seed oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

Summer dish

Cook the beef until tender, which can take 40 minutes or longer, depending on the meat. Then chop it into small pieces and toss it with the washed beans and green beans. Chop the spring onions and tomatoes and add them. Season with salt and pepper. Pumpkin seed oil and red wine vinegar are perfect dressings. Serve with white bread and white wine.
