Wagyu burger with kimchi

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 Wagyu beef burger patty, approx. 130 g
  • 2 tbsp kimchi
  • 1 hamburger bun (potato bun)
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 m.-large onion(s), red
  • n. B. Leaf lettuce, e.g. Lollo Rosso
  • e.g. coconut oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Slice the onion into thin rings. Halve the bun. Heat the oil in a heavy pan. Place the patty straight from the refrigerator into the pan, turning every 10 seconds until the desired browning is achieved. Top the bun with the following: bun, ketchup, kimchi, burger, ketchup, onion rings, bun. Add some lettuce. Tip: I use homemade ketchup, e.g., Ketchup No. 6 (see my recipes).
