Wagyu burger with fermented cucumbers

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 Wagyu beef burger patty, approx. 130 g
  • some cucumber(s), fermented (see my recipes)
  • 1 roll (farmer’s roll)
  • 1 chili pepper(s), red, pickled
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise, preferably homemade
  • e.g. coconut oil
  • n. B. Leaf lettuce, e.g. Lollo Rosso
  • some mustard, hot (lion mustard)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Slice the cucumber. Roughly chop the chili. Heat the oil in a heavy pan. Place the patty straight from the refrigerator into the pan, turning every 10 seconds until the desired browning is achieved. Cut the bun in half and top with the following: bun, mayonnaise, cucumber slices, chili, patty, mayonnaise, a little mustard, lettuce, and bun.
