Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 handful of lettuce, green
- 1 handful of arugula
- some cucumber(s), sliced
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 bunch of radishes
- 1 handful of shrimp
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- some chili oil
- salt and pepper
- 1 part vinegar
- 2 parts oil
- 1 tsp mustard
- e.g. salt and pepper
- Sugar
- some balsamic vinegar for drizzling
- some olive oil for drizzling
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Clean the lettuce, slice the tomatoes and cucumber, and place them on a large plate. Grate the radishes and toss with vinegar, oil, mustard, salt, pepper, and a little sugar. Then serve the radishes with a little dressing on the side as a radish salad, and drizzle the remaining dressing over the salad. Then drizzle with a little balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Add the prawns to the pan with the chili oil and the halved garlic clove. Season with salt and pepper. Spread over the salad. Fresh baguette or ciabatta goes well with this.
