Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 400 g chicken strips
- 75 g lean ham, diced
- 1 large onion(s), red
- 200 g whipped cream
- 200 g crème fraîche
- 1 tsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 cube of beef broth
- ½ garlic clove(s)
- ½ bunch parsley
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Peel the onion and garlic and dice them finely. Sauté the chicken strips, ham, onion, and garlic. Add the mustard and tomato paste and sauté briefly. Stir in the whipped cream and crème fraîche. Add the stock cube and parsley and stir in. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
