spicy and hearty, something for Bolognese fans
Mix all the ingredients for the dough. The dough should form a smooth “lump.” Place it in a sealable bowl and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour. After rising, the dough should be pockmarked with fine bubbles and be easy to roll out. For the vegetable topping, rinse the bell peppers, halve them, remove the seeds, and cut them into thin strips (approx. 0.5 cm). It doesn’t matter which color you start with, but store them separately in plates or bowls. Peel the onion (or onions), quarter them, and cut them into thin 1/4 rings (approx. 0.5 cm). Add a little oil to a hot pan, then sauté the red or green bell pepper strips until they have a light roasted aroma. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and mix well, remove and return them to the plate they were in. Repeat with the second color of bell pepper. Now it’s the onions’ turn. Do the same with the bell pepper strips, but use soy sauce instead of salt. Once the soy sauce has absorbed into the onions, remove them and return them to your plate. Rinse the tomatoes, quarter them, remove the stems, and cut into 0.5–1 cm thick slices. Also place them in a plate. For the mince sauce, fry the mince in 2 tablespoons of oil until crumbly. Now add the tomato and bell pepper puree, and enough water to make a thick sauce. Season to taste with the broth, pizza seasoning, and the remaining spices. Roll out the dough on a greased (we brushed with oil) baking sheet or divide it into 4 equal-weight pieces. Roll these pieces out as evenly and round as possible, then place them on 4 pizza sheets. Now spread the sauce on top. The sauce should be thick enough to spread easily on the base. Then evenly distribute the onion strips on top, followed by the bell pepper strips. Distribute the tomato slices on top as evenly as possible. Finally, spread the grated cheese as evenly as possible. Bake the pizzas for approximately 15-20 minutes at 210°C (425°F) on the pizza setting or with conventional oven heating. The pizza is ready when the cheese is completely melted and lightly browned.
