Minced meat pizza à la Karin

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 slices of toast
  • 2 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 2 large garlic cloves
  • 1 bunch of basil
  • 1 bunch of oregano
  • 750 g minced meat, mixed
  • 2 eggs
  • salt and pepper
  • 500 g mixed peppers
  • 600 g tomatoes
  • 3 onions
  • 1 can of corn
  • 500 ml Hungarian-style paprika sauce
  • 100 ml ketchup
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • some milk for soaking
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • 200 g cheese, grated
  • Grease for the sheet for the sheet
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • possibly bacon, diced
  • possibly tuna

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Preheat oven to 200°C. Soak the toast in a little milk. Peel and dice the onions and garlic. Chop the herbs. Knead with the squeezed bread, minced meat, eggs, tomato paste, diced onions, and diced garlic. Season with pepper, salt, and paprika. Press the minced meat mixture onto a greased baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes. Mix the gypsy sauce with ketchup, crème fraîche, and oil. Then spread with half of the paprika sauce. Clean and chop the peppers and tomatoes. Peel the onions and cut them into cubes or rings. Drain the corn. If desired, add diced bacon or tuna to taste. Top the minced meat with this sauce and spread with the remaining sauce. Finally, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for another 30 minutes at the same temperature.
