Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g turkey breast fillet(s)
- 150 g bell pepper(s), green, red or yellow
- 100 g mushrooms
- 100 g zucchini
- 50 g carrot(s)
- 60 g pasta (wholemeal)
- 1 tbsp oil, for frying
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder, sweet
- curry powder
- Ginger powder
- 200 ml water
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Cut the turkey breast fillet into small pieces and fry in a tablespoon of oil. Deglaze with 200 ml of water and add the sliced carrots. After about 15 minutes, add the chopped bell peppers, zucchini, and mushrooms and season to taste with salt, pepper, paprika, curry, and ginger. This is a generous and filling serving for one person.
