Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g turkey breast fillet(s)
  • 150 g bell pepper(s), green, red or yellow
  • 100 g mushrooms
  • 100 g zucchini
  • 50 g carrot(s)
  • 60 g pasta (wholemeal)
  • 1 tbsp oil, for frying
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • curry powder
  • Ginger powder
  • 200 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Cut the turkey breast fillet into small pieces and fry in a tablespoon of oil. Deglaze with 200 ml of water and add the sliced ​​carrots. After about 15 minutes, add the chopped bell peppers, zucchini, and mushrooms and season to taste with salt, pepper, paprika, curry, and ginger. This is a generous and filling serving for one person.
