Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 1 carrot(s)
  • 3 small tomatoes
  • 100g mozzarella
  • 50 g ham, cooked
  • n. B. herbs, fresh (e.g. basil, rosemary etc.)
  • olive oil
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

very tasty as a side dish, but also as a main course

Preheat oven to 220°C (top/bottom heat) (200°C fan/convection oven). Wipe the mushrooms with kitchen paper and slice thinly. Arrange in a fireproof casserole dish. Drizzle with the oil and herbs. Peel the carrot and slice thinly. Wash and dice the tomatoes. Add both. Cut the ham and mozzarella into strips and sprinkle over the top (for vegetarians, simply omit the ham). Season with salt and pepper. Bake in the hot oven for approximately 12 to 15 minutes. Serve immediately.
