Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 8 mushrooms (portobello mushrooms)
- 1 pack of cheese, Boursin cheese or cream cheese spread, as desired
- 20 g butter, soft
- some olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
2 mushrooms per person are enough as a side dish, or 4 mushrooms with salad as a main course
Wash the portobello mushrooms and remove the neck. Either spray them lightly with oil spray or brush a little olive oil onto the smooth top surface. Place all the mushrooms side down in an ovenproof dish. Mix the Boursin cheese with the softened butter and then pour this mixture into the openings of the mushrooms. Drizzle with a little more olive oil, if desired, and bake in the oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes. This dish is very quick to prepare and can be served as a main course, as an appetizer, or as a side dish.
