- ½ kg carrot(s)
- 30 ml sweet cream

Breakfast juice
Peel the carrots and press them slowly in a juicer. Add the cream. The cream is important for better absorption of the vitamins. Carrot juice tastes best as a breakfast juice and is also very popular with children.
