Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 chicken breast fillets, approx. 200 g each
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • ½ bunch chives
  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • ½ onion(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • ½ bunch of dill

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Dice the chicken. Then fry in a pan with 1 tablespoon of oil and 1 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar until cooked through. Season with salt and pepper. Wash the chives, pat dry, and finely chop. Peel the cucumber and cut into 2.5 cm long sticks. For the dressing, combine the remaining oil and vinegar. Season with salt and pepper. Place the cucumber, chives, and chicken in a bowl, pour the dressing over the chicken, and mix well. Sprinkle with dill to garnish. Serve with flatbread and tzatziki.
