Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 eggs
  • 250 ml cream
  • 400 g flour
  • powdered sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 75 g sugar
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Whisk together eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt until frothy. Fold in the cream and flour. If the dough is too soft, add a little more flour. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to a thickness of 5 mm. Cut into 12 cm long and 1 cm wide strips and twist into spirals to create braids. Fry in hot oil and sprinkle with powdered sugar while still warm. Let cool.
