Wild Boar Burger
The perfect wild boar burger recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 180g each Wild boar minced meat
- 1 piece Onion
- 2 piece Plum
- 1 piece Cowardly
- 50 ml Red wine
- 1 pinch Thyme
- 1 pinch Pepper from the grinder
- 2 disc Pork belly
- 2 piece Sesame bun
- Season the wild boar patties with the thyme, pepper and salt and knead well so that the spices are evenly distributed in the meat and not just on top.
- Bring red wine with sliced onions, plums and figs in a pan and reduce a little. Better to add a little more red wine and simmer again before it’s not really sappy.
- Roast the belly meat well on both sides, then put the wild boar patties and the bread roll on the grill.
- It is very easy to assemble. Put some of our red wine, onions, plums and figs on the bottom. Belly meat and the patty on top as well as the rest of the mass. Put the lid on and you have what I think is a very tasty wild boar burger.
